REAL CHARISMA DOESN’T PERFORM. IT INVITES.
Aaron Smalls is an Energy Architect — the only person in this space who performs at the highest level and teaches the system behind it.
Event host. Open-format DJ. Communication coach. Keynote speaker. Creator of the Charismatic Advantage®: The Art of Social Energy. Based in New York City. Trusted by the NFL, Marvel, T-Mobile, Visa, Coca-Cola, Disney, and FIFA.
“He really made it come alive for me. Aaron takes big ideas and makes them simple enough to walk away with.”
– Rick Meekins, Host, The Relentless Pursuit of Winning podcast
Twenty years. Three disciplines. One through line. This is what Aaron Smalls brings to every room he walks into.
The Art of Social Energy
PEOPLE FEEL YOU BEFORE THEY UNDERSTAND YOU.
That’s not a philosophy. That’s biology. Every living system moves toward positive energy — what scientists call heliotropism. Aaron Smalls has spent 20 years engineering that energy on some of the world’s biggest stages. The Charismatic Advantage® is the system he built from it.
Whether he’s holding the mic for 50,000 people at the Super Bowl, spinning records at a luxury brand activation, or coaching a leader to own their next big room — the principle is always the same. It ain’t about you. It’s about what the people in front of you need to feel.
Charisma isn’t a gift. It’s a decision.
What Aaron Does
ONE PERSON. THREE WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER.
Why Aaron
HE DOESN’T JUST TEACH THE SYSTEM. HE USES IT EVERY WEEK.
Most coaches teach from experience. Aaron teaches from the stage. He is the only person in this space who simultaneously performs at the highest level — NFL stadiums, network television, luxury brand activations — and teaches the skills behind every single thing he does.
That double credibility is his single most powerful differentiator. It means his clients don’t just learn theory. They learn what actually works in the room. From the person who is in the room, every week.
From Nickelodeon to the NFL. From the Virgin Islands to 30 Rock. Curiously talented since 2005.

Word on the Street
“Aaron knows how to work a crowd, sell a joke, and make a point. He not only DJ’d for us, but he also interacted with our host to help move the show and the story forward. He is a big talent with a bigger heart.”
Jeremy Dobrish — Senior Creative Director, Proscenium Events
“Aaron recently hosted my company’s flagship customer-facing event and I was simply blown away by his skill, collaboration, and generosity. Aaron makes it LOOK easy. He’s more than an MC or a DJ. He’s a true HOST.”
Nathan Bennett — Global Director of Brand Content, Sprinklr
“Aaron Smalls is a powerhouse emcee. He empowered our audience to be ALL IN and engaged for the entire event. He is a complete professional and a joy to work with.”
Allison Maslan — CEO, Pinnacle Global Network
INQS, short for I’m Not Status Quo. Your most powerful advantage in any room isn’t louder or bigger. It’s being unmistakably, unapologetically you. Everything Aaron builds starts there.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can Aaron host and DJ the same event?
Yes, and it’s his specialty. Most events hire a host and a DJ separately and hope they click. Aaron does both himself, reading the room as host and scoring it as DJ in real time, so the energy never dips between moments. One person, one vision, no handoffs.
What size events does Aaron work?
Everything from intimate executive dinners to arena-scale activations of 50,000 and up. He’s hosted for the NFL, Visa, and FIFA on the big end and run tight boardroom sessions on the small end. The room changes, the approach adapts, the goal stays the same: make it memorable.
Is Aaron available outside New York City?
Yes. New York is home base, but Aaron travels nationally and internationally for the right event. Send your date and location when you reach out and he’ll tell you what’s possible. Travel gets built into the booking, so distance is rarely the dealbreaker people expect.
What is a Memory Architect?
A Memory Architect designs the emotional experience of your event, not just its schedule. Using Aaron’s A.L.I.V.E.™ system, the aim is an audience that doesn’t just attend your event but remembers how it felt long after. A host runs the show. A Memory Architect makes it stick.
How far in advance should I book Aaron?
The sooner the better, especially for peak season and large productions, where popular dates book months out. That said, Aaron built a career on adapting fast, so if your date is close, still reach out. Worst case, he points you toward a great alternative.
What kinds of events does Aaron do?
Corporate events, brand activations, conferences, galas, product launches, sales kickoffs, and private celebrations. If there’s a room full of people and a moment that matters, that’s his lane, whether he’s hosting, DJing, or doing both at once.
