Aaron, I have been in the audience for several games shows and you by far, kept the energy level up for us for an entire week! The hours were long and crazy, but we looked forward to coming back because of you! We laughed, we danced, we even had to use our brains answering trivia questions! It was a blast!
Aaron Smalls has perhaps one of the most difficult and thankless jobs in all of show business and yet every time I see him perform, he gives it 1000% and I have never seen him not hit it out of the park… EVERY TIME! He is the king of all audience warm up announcers. As a person who also got his start in that job, I appreciate his work ethic and his ability to take many strangers in an audience and make it seem like they are having the time of their lives. He has the incredible knack to read the crowd and adapt his skills to make them believe they are about to have the best experience EVER!
Liability cannot be taught. One either has it or they do not. Aaron has it BIG TIME! He is at the top of his field and deserves to host his own program. He is creative, easy to work with, and is always at the top of my list when I want somebody to take charge and give me one less thing to worry about, whether I am hosting or producing a television program.
I always say, the harder you work, the luckier you get! I think Mr. Smalls is about to get VERY lucky.
